Final Standings for 2011
Since there were some games that were canceled, and in accordance with the
decision made in 2010, the Win Percentage has been added. This is what the rankings are
based upon, so that teams are not penalized if they are unable to reschedule a game.
When two teams have the same number of points, the tie is broken as follows:
* Head-to-Head (H2H)
* Goal Differential (GD)
GREEN teams will move up a division,
RED teams will move down a division
YELLOW teams may move up/down depending on decisions
